    Working across School with Arts/STEM Subject Leadership Responsibility

        Fixed-Term Contract: 2 Years

    Required for Spring Term 2026 (Start date negotiable dependent on candidate)

    We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Curriculum Champion to join our team on a fixed-term 2-year contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest and proven skill in leading either the Arts or STEM curriculum, bringing expertise and enthusiasm to one of these key areas of our school’s provision. 

    The job role will include:  

    • Teaching to a consistently high standard with knowledge of how to adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of all pupils
    • Working with staff across the school to develop their confidence and expertise as subject leaders.
    • Leading and championing the Arts and STEM curriculum to ensure high quality provision and enrichment.
    • Supporting colleagues in developing, evaluating and strengthening coherent, progressive curriculum areas.
    • Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all children.
