Complaints

We welcome feedback from our community and we will always try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible. In the first instance, we encourage you to speak to your child's class teacher, and if this cannot resolve the situation, to speak to the Heads of School. Where possible, we would always prefer to speak to you in person, or over the telephone as emails or messages can be misconstrued.
