Emotional Wellbeing

Take 5 Breathing


Every day, each class take part in breathing exercises which make us feel relaxed and calm. They help us get ready to work and make us more resilient. This approach is called Take 5 Breathing.


We have two staff champions and they will train the pupil ambassadors who lead the exercises for us.

Well-being Station:


In school, we have a 'Well-being Station'. This is a place to stop, reflect and get a positive affirmation from the display board. Remember 'YOU ARE STAR'! If you have a worry, post it in the worry box. The Worry Monster will take care of it for you until a member of the staff team can talk to you!
