Covid-19 Catch Up Plan

Due to the disruption in learning as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government announced additional one-off funding for 'catch up' learning in 2020 - 2021. Schools use this additional funding to address barriers to learning that are unique to their setting. This plan shows how we are addressing the barriers by implementing the following strategies or interventions:

• resources that support mental health and well-being of pupils
• curriculum resources that support “catch up”
• assessment resources to identify the gaps in pupils' learning
• additional teaching assistant hours for 1:1 and small group interventions
• developing learning environments and Continuous Provision in KS1
